Archeological Institute

The empires passing over Pergamon constitute a stratified history here. It is expected that an archeology institute will be designed by transforming the old tobacco store to investigate the historical texture.

The program will increase the space and increase the volume of the building with a mass rising and overflowing within its structure with minimum intervention to the existing building.aims to increase maximum light reception

The building is available construction. The triangular part of the building was added later. In the proposed program, most interventions applied to the building which was added later.

While the roof of the square part of the building is left as it is; a new roof was proposed to the triangular piece.

A new steel bearing system was proposed to the building.
